GENERAL QUESTIONS

Select items:
Search for the items you wish to purchase and click the ‘Add to cart’ button. If this button is not available, it means, unfortunately, that the desired item is out of stock. After you have added all the desired items to your shopping cart, click on “Shopping Cart” and then “Proceed to Checkout”.

Log in:
To be able to order from Miloon.eu, you do not need to register. If you have already registered, you can log in by entering your e-mail address and password. You can then log in to your customer account and view your orders.

Enter your address:
In the next step you are asked to enter your address. Make sure that the name you enter is identical to the name on the doorbell and intercom. If you indicate your telephone number, we can call you if there are any problems. The tax code is not obligatory.

Payment:
Choose your desired method of payment. In addition to the billing address you can also enter a different shipping address.

Confirmation:
You now see a summary of all your order data. If everything is correct, click ‘Place Order’ to complete your order. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipment confirmation e-mail and whatsapp message.

The cost of shipping within Italy is €3.99 for all orders up to €49. Over 49€ of cart amount shipping is free of charge (shipping and cash on delivery charges excluded).
In Europe, shipping rates vary depending on the country of destination. To find out the amount of shipping costs for each European Union country, see the Shipping Costs page.

Shipping within 24/48 hours (weekends excluded). You will receive an email + whatsapp message with shipping confirmation and tracking data as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. Delivery within 24/48 hours (weekends excluded). Deliveries are not by appointment, but you can enter requests, comments and notes in the “order notes” field on the checkout page; we will provide them to the courier, but we will not be able to change the time your area is served.

Paypal.

Upon completion of your order you will be redirected to the PayPal website via a secure connection (SSL). On PayPal you can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Postepay current account debit or Giropay. To be able to make a payment, you must have a PayPal account. If you do not have or do not wish to create a PayPal account, you can pay by credit card or direct debit using guest access to PayPal.

Credit Card.

Payment can be made by Visa, Maestro, MasterCard or American Express and Postepay. Processing of the credit card data takes place via a secure connection (SSL).

Apple Pay.

You can pay via Apple Pay directly from your Smartphone on the shopping cart page.

Klarna (3 interest-free instalments with credit or debit card).

Pay in 3 interest-free instalments to spread the cost over time.

Satispay.

Upon completion of your order you will be redirected to the Satispay site via a secure connection (SSL). In order to make the payment, you must have an account on Satispay.

Bank transfer.

As soon as we receive your order, you will see our bank details to make the transfer. The shipment will be dispatched as soon as we receive your bank transfer. A SEPA transfer made via online banking usually takes one working day. A SEPA transfer made in a bank usually takes 2-3 working days. You will receive a whatsapp or e-mail message requesting a copy of the payment slip.

Payment on Delivery (Available just in Italy).

COD payment is made in cash on delivery of the parcel. Cheques are not accepted.

We ask you to keep the exact amount of cash indicated in our shipping confirmation email at hand, the courier may not have the change to deliver to you.

How do I pay in 3 interest-free instalments?

Select 3 interest-free instalments to split your purchase into three payments charged every 30 days from the moment your order is confirmed (usually the shipping date). Just add your debit or credit card details if you wish to use automatic payments. We will let you know when your payment is due – you can just relax and enjoy your purchase. View full terms.

Is there a charge for using the 3 interest-free instalments?

There are no interest costs when you use 3 interest-free instalments and no fees when you make payments according to your payment plan. If you do not make a payment on time, late fees may apply. Please see the product terms for more information.

Will Klarna run a credit check for 3 interest-free instalments?

When you choose payment in 3 interest-free instalments, Klarna may request a credit report from a third party. Please review the product terms for further information.

All Korean cosmetics you find on Miloon.eu are original. They are sold in their original packaging and the contents are unaltered. These products are imported by us directly from South Korea or they come from official European Korean skincare distributors who import them into Italy on our behalf and carry out all customs formalities.

Yes, Korean cosmetic products are cruelty free and therefore not tested on animals.
Since 2013, the marketing of cosmetic products tested on animals has been prohibited throughout the European Union (Directive 2003/15/EC, ‘7th amendment’).
It is forbidden by law to test the cosmetic product (and also the single ingredient) both in Italy and in the European Community, therefore all products are cruelty free.

Korean cosmetics at Miloon are as good as it gets and almost all the Korean products on sale are safe for use during pregnancy. In fact, the active ingredients in K Beauty products on Miloon go so deep that they act on the skin effectively but without impacting on the health of the foetus.

When choosing your Korean skincare routine, always read the composition and steer clear of formulations that, although delicate like all Korean cosmetics, could be more penetrating and aggressive such as essential oils, perfume and alcohol.

The PAO (Period After Opening) indicates how many months a product is effective after opening. The expiry date, on the other hand, indicates how long a product retains its efficacy if it has not been opened.
You will find on the packaging the symbol of an open jar with a number and the letter M next to it (e.g. 6M means that the period of use after opening the product is 6 months).

QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERS

You can enter requests, comments and notes in the ‘order notes’ field on the checkout page.

The order is shipped within 24/48 hours after receipt (weekends excluded). You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking data as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

You can cancel an order directly after order confirmation by sending an e-mail to info@miloon.eu stating the order number and the reason for cancellation. Please consider that we always try to prepare your order as soon as possible. The earlier you contact us, the greater the chance that we will still be able to cancel it. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please check that you enter the data correctly on the courier site in the manner indicated in the message you received by e-mail and whatsapp. Please note that before 23:00 on the day of dispatch, the order is never traceable.

30-Day Right of Withdrawal.

We offer a 30-day right of return for products purchased on Miloon.eu without penalty and without giving a reason. For all new, undamaged and unused items that you send back, you receive a refund. You can find more information in our general terms and conditions.

To make a return, you must send us an e-mail to orders@miloon.eu. We will reply to your communication with detailed return instructions.
The service is free of charge and you are responsible for the cost of return or exchange (unless the product is damaged or you receive the wrong product). All items must be intact and in their original packaging, with all labels and any other possible parts attached. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in loss of the right of withdrawal.

Send us an e-mail to info@miloon.eu with your user name and registration e-mail. We will cancel your account within a few hours.

In every e-mail you receive you will find a link at the bottom of the page that allows you to unsubscribe from the newsletter. If you cannot find the link because you have already unsubscribed from all our newsletters, you can always unsubscribe by sending an email to info@miloon.eu . Remember to indicate your e-mail address to unsubscribe. We will take care of the rest and within a few hours you will no longer receive any communication.

If you cannot access your account, there are two most probable cases: either you have never registered an account on Miloon or you have forgotten your password. But in any case, this is no problem.
