2. What personal data do we collect?
The categories of personal data that MILOON.EU collects and processes when you browse or shop on www.miloon.eu are as follows:
(a) we collect personal data necessary to conclude and execute your purchase on www.miloon.eu such as your first and last name, e-mail address, shipping address, billing address, telephone and payment details;
b) we collect your e-mail address when you subscribe to our newsletter service;

If you authenticate your Miloon account via external social networks, we collect the data required for registration/authentication from these third parties via Facebook and Google. We also collect information about you from third parties, particularly Facebook and Google+. This information includes the following categories of data: e-mail address.
f) We collect information about your navigation on www.miloon.eu, such as the pages you visit and how you interact with the individual page, and we store this information on our servers.

6. Who will process your data?
Your personal data will be processed by MILOON.EU’s internal staff who are specifically trained and authorized to process them.

9. How long do we keep the data?

b) registered User data: data will be kept until you request the deletion of your Miloon profile;
c) data relating to payment: until the payment is certified and the relevant administrative-accounting formalities have been completed following the expiry of the right of withdrawal and the terms applied to contest the payment;
d) data collected in the context of the use of services offered on www.miloon.eu: these data are retained until the termination of the service or the cancellation of the subscription to the service by the User;
e) data related to user requests to our Customer Service: data useful to assist you will be stored until your request is satisfied;
f) CVs: for six months from receipt;
g) data used for commercial communication activities towards users who purchase products on www.miloon.eu (soft spam): these data are kept until the service is terminated or the user exercises his/her opposition by unsubscribing;
h) data provided for commercial communication activities, opinion polls and market research: until the user requests the termination of the activity and in any case within 2 years from the user’s last interaction of any kind with MILOON.EU;
i) data used to personalize the Site and to show personalized commercial offers: until the user requests termination of the activity and in any case within two years from the user’s last interaction of any kind with MILOON.EU;
j) data used for market research and satisfaction surveys: until the User requests the termination of the activity.
In any case, for technical reasons, the termination of the processing and the consequent definitive cancellation or irreversible anonymization of the relevant personal data will be final within thirty days from the above terms.
