Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Toner+ is a Korean toner with an intensely hydrating effect, designed to rebalance the skin immediately after cleansing. Its formula contains low molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid, which penetrates more effectively into the superficial layers of the skin, plumping it and restoring elasticity.
