OPINION.

The mask does a great job at lifting impurities and deep cleansing my pores while still leaving the skin hydrated, balanced and replenished. The texture is thick, soft and creamy with a beautiful faint matcha scent. As I expected from a clay mask, it’s a little bit hard to wash off but no residue left behind. After rinsing off, my skin is bit tight as the effect of the clay is so immediate. Some times I just add a sheet mask on to balance the effect. Overall, I love this clay mask for double-masking can’t wait to see long-term results from it.

MY VERDICT.

The consistency of the product is so dreamy. Make sure to spoon out a proper portion to cover your face. You need to be generous with the product to  get this even and opaque layer.

The first clay mask that didn’t irritate or dry out my skin, no matter what the band says. The texture is soft and smooth to apply  and the scent is extremely fresh. Matcha is an incredible ingredient to use for any skin type. The result was outstanding: soothed, calm skin with an extra tight sensation. My skin felt soft and smooth while looking radiant and even-toned. Pores also looked cleaner and smaller. Despite having sensitive skin, I did not see any additional redness after the masking session. It’s actually a little bit hard to wash off but no residue left. Instead, my skin looked less red and felt less irritated. It really helped remove impurities without stripping my skin’s moisture.  This mask, however, did not give me any sensitivities at all. Instead, there was a cooling sensation upon smearing this on my skin, giving my skin much-needed relief. After 10 mins of masking, there was a dry and tight sensation. This clay mask is perfect for double-masking. If you are looking for a clay mask suitable for dry, combination or sensitive skin, that  helps with the overall brightness of the skin, maybe you just should give this a try.
