Sensitive Skin

Sensitive skin is not just an extremely common condition among the population and often unfortunately underestimated, but an actual type of skin. In the absence of skin diseases or obvious inflammations, a sensitive skin is defined as one that is fragile and more likely to react negatively to irritating physical or chemical agents than “normal” skin. A sensitive skin that is also more prone to allergies, redness, irritation, itching and skin burns. But that’s not all: people who complain of skin hypersensitivity are statistically more prone to the early formation of wrinkles and other imperfections typical of photoaging.
