Returns will be accepted for a maximum of 30 days after receipt by the customer. The customer must inform us by e-mail stating the reason for the return.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, securely packed, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be packed securely in a cardboard box to protect it during transport, possibly the same box used for shipment to the customer.

COD payment is made in cash on delivery of the parcel. Cheques are not accepted.

All Korean cosmetics you find on Miloon.eu are original. They are sold in their original packaging and the contents are unaltered. These products are imported by us directly from South Korea or they come from official European Korean skincare distributors who import them into Italy on our behalf and carry out all customs formalities.
You can cancel an order directly after order confirmation by sending an e-mail to info@miloon.eu stating the order number and the reason for cancellation. Please consider that we always try to prepare your order as soon as possible. The earlier you contact us, the greater the chance that we will still be able to cancel it.
