How to Use of Medicube Kojic Acid Turmeric Brightening Gel Mask

Prepare the Skin

Cleanse thoroughly before application. Optionally, apply a toner to rebalance pH and refine texture.

Instructions

  1. Cleanse: Wash face with a gentle cleanser to remove makeup, oil, and impurities.
  2. Tone: Apply a light toner to prepare the skin.
  3. Apply: Remove the protective film and place the gel mask evenly on the face, avoiding eye and lip areas.
  4. Leave on: Keep for about 3–4 hours, or overnight if indicated.
  5. Massage: After removal, gently pat remaining essence until fully absorbed. Do not rinse unless directed.

Frequency of Use

Use 1–2 times per week, or 2–3 times when skin appears dull or pigmented.

Warnings

  • For external use only.
  • Avoid direct eye contact; rinse thoroughly if contact occurs.
  • Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or discomfort persists; consult a dermatologist.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Complete the Routine

After removing the mask and patting in the essence:

  1. Apply a lightweight serum (e.g., with Niacinamide or Vitamin C) to enhance radiance.
  2. Follow with a moisturizer to lock in hydration and protect the barrier.
  3. The next morning, apply SPF 30+ sunscreen to maintain results.
  4. Optionally, perform a gentle exfoliation 1–2 times a week before using the mask to boost absorption.

Returns will be accepted for a maximum of 30 days after receipt by the customer. The customer must inform us by e-mail stating the reason for the return.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, securely packed, undamaged and unused. This means that the item(s) must be packed securely in a cardboard box to protect it during transport, possibly the same box used for shipment to the customer.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

The cost of shipping within Italy is €4,99 for all orders up to €49. Over 49€ of cart amount shipping is free of charge (shipping and cash on delivery charges excluded).

A SEPA transfer made via online banking usually takes one working day. A SEPA transfer made in a bank usually takes 2-3 working days. You will receive a whatsapp or e-mail message requesting a copy of the payment slip.

Payment on Delivery (Available just in Italy).

COD payment is made in cash on delivery of the parcel. Cheques are not accepted.

We ask you to keep the exact amount of cash indicated in our shipping confirmation email at hand, the courier may not have the change to deliver to you.

All Korean cosmetics you find on Miloon.eu are original. They are sold in their original packaging and the contents are unaltered. These products are imported by us directly from South Korea or they come from official European Korean skincare distributors who import them into Italy on our behalf and carry out all customs formalities.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER ALREADY PLACED?

You can cancel an order directly after order confirmation by sending an e-mail to info@miloon.eu stating the order number and the reason for cancellation. Please consider that we always try to prepare your order as soon as possible. The earlier you contact us, the greater the chance that we will still be able to cancel it. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
