New Year’s Eve is a very important transition moment. That’s when we decide to drop what we didn’t like over the year that just passed by, and embrace change for the best for what’s next. We want to end 2018 with a special #GlowingSaturday and #RelaxingSunday short guide to kick 2019 off with a bang, saying goodbye to dull, lifeless, lackluster complexion and get ready to shine. STEP 1: EXERCISE.

Work-out sessions helps improving the immune system and circulation and getting a more youthful appearance. Remember to shower 10 minutes after ending your exercise or wash sweat off with cleansing wipes or micellar water to prevent breakouts.

 

 

STEP 2: HYDRATE FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

Drink the recommended amount of water per day to prevent dehydration. In addition, layer-on your favorite moisturizer daily. (Check out our Winter dehydration guide to deepen this important step).

 

 

STEP 3: GO EASY ON ALCOHOL.

While preparing for the Big Night, limit (or avoid) alcohol. It dehydrates your skin and kills your glow.
