1) PROTECT FROM THE SUN EVEN IN WINTER.

Sun protection is essential. Other than protecting your skin by seeking shade, covering up with clothing, and using sunscreen that is broad-spectrum, SPF 30 (or higher), and water-resistant. 2) STOP SMOKING. 

Smoking greatly speeds up skin aging speed as it caused wrinkles and a dull, shallow complexion.

3) AVOID REPETITIVE FACIAL EXPRESSIONS. 

Facial expressions come from contracting underlying muscles. When contracting the same ones for many years, these lines become permanent. Tip: Wear sunglasses to reduce lines caused by squinting.

4) EAT A HEALTY, WELL-BALANCED DIET. 

A classic rule: eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables may help prevent damage that leads to premature skin aging. On the other said, science puts it consuming a big amount of sugar exasperate the aging rate.

5) CUT ON ALCOHOL.

That’s bad for your skin: you’ll look older and your skin… surely less healthy.

6) EXERCISE.

Studies suggest that moderate exercise can improve circulation and boost the immune system and make your skin look young.

7) BE GENTLE HEN CLEANSING YOUR SKIN.

8) WASH YOUR FACE TWICE A DAY.

Perspiration, irritates the skin. Watch out on caps or helmets sand wash your skin as soon as possible after sweating. Drop aggressive cosmetic products. Stings and burns means irritation, hence, an older look. Watch out.

9) USE MOISTURIZER EVERY DAY. 

It traps water in our skin. You’ll look young.
